    Purchased 2 VIP tickets in 2020 and they were “repurposed” for 2021 and then 2022. EverAfter failed to inform us that they had no permits for the festival and continued to sell tickets until 1 week before the festival, even after their permits were denied July 21st. They have failed to provide us with any answers and have quickly left their posts leaving us with no one to contact. I have reached out to ***** ****** on several occasions and have only received a generic email stating i’ll get a reply in 7 to 10 business days. It has been WELL over 10 business days and I’m still left with no answers. i have contacted ********, but have not received anything, contacted the festival itself, organizers and i have gotten no reply from anyone. I have spoken to my bank and since the payments were on a debit **** and dated in 2020 they told me they would not help me. I don’t know what else to do, who to talk to. **** ** *** ******* ** ** ** ******** ***** ********** **** * ***** *** ********** ********** **** * ******** ***** ** **** ***** * ****** ******** **** The website does not exist anymore, they have made 2 posts on ********* announcing we’ll be getting emails but no one ever received an email. **** ****** *** ******* **** **** they were telling people the wristbands were shipped yet no one ever received one. **** **** **** ******** **** **** *** *** **** **** ** ** ** *** **** ****** ** *** **** *** **** ***** **** *** They were also promoting and selling rooms to a hotel that has been closed since 2020.     festival is more then likely cancelled and not replying to emails or to phone calls
    business has not tried to resolve the issue what so ever *************************
    did not give order or tracking number at all and would like to get my money back as they didn't plan anything at all and need the money back for bills and aren't answering anyone that is supposed to be going
