      I went shopping at the Richmond Hill Longo’s on 09/23/2023, I am a frequent shopper and have the rewards program. Like always I showed my card to be scanned but noticed that the points were not applied to my account. Later that night I thought it was a glitch I contacted their office stating there may have been a glitch. Upon further inspection I noticed that the card number on the receipt and the balance did not match mine. I went to the store the following afternoon and asked to speak to a manager, I spoke to ***** *********** who said he’s the dairy manager, that he has no idea regarding these products issues and that he will have the store manager contact me on Monday. Took down my information and contact and no one contacted me. Their guest services never replied to my email either. Here are the facts, one I was never asked to scan my card, until I made it a point to show it at the end, two after any purchase a copy is emailed to me non that day, however like always I ask for a paper copy, my points prior to this purchase were 8921 the receipt shows 3150 after the 1100 points on the transaction in question.
