      Enrolled my daughter in the young drivers course shortly there after she became ill and was unable to even start the course. May request to refund the course fees but to no avail. Despite numerous attempts phone calls and emails requesting refund I never recieved a satisfactory response and the last while I haven't received a response as well.

      On April 13, 2023 I made a payment to Young Drivers for the amount of $205.09. This was for a driving lesson package for 1 90-minute lesson. I was to pay for it and they would contact me to schedule a lesson. When I did get in contact with them it was a long waiting list of approximately 6 months, which was too long for me (I was planning to take my test in May) and so I wanted to cancel the transaction. I was unable to get in touch with anyone to get a refund. I have since got my license and have no need for driving lessons but despite trying to contact young drivers a few times to get a refund I cannot get in touch with anyone. I would like a full refund as I never received the service I paid for.

      This student did call our office on Feb 16, 2024 and a refund was processed for him in the amount of $205.09.  We sent his receipt to the email on file which is *********@*****.com.  Below is a copy as well.

      I signed my son up for the full package driving course in **** ***** on 7/6/21 paid 1011.35 for the full course. There was a delay on booking in car classes because they were behind due to covit. So we were very patient, in the process of booking in car lessons, left messages that were never returned, phone calls that were unanswered or get a I’ll get back to you with some dates(that never happened), emails that we kept getting empty promises of when we could book in car lessons. Finally out of pure frustration my husband showed up to the office in person to get some concrete answers from the women that was giving us empty promises.and finally get the in car lessons we paid in full for. He wasn’t leaving without a lesson booked. Once my son started his in car lessons we were relieved because we finally had gotten some where and he was so excited to be in the car and one step closer to getting his license that he was so patiently waiting for. Then he had to to miss a one hour in car lesson due to instructor being sick. Then we couldn’t get ahold of office again to re book his last one hour lesson so he could finish his in car. We phoned office, emailed with answers like my computer is down… I will book as soon as possible. Never did, I text her personal cell phone. Messaged through young drivers login and she responded but we ended up in the same place… no class booked and empty promises. He has now had his license for 6 months now. Because we went ahead and booked him in So we would like to know is he ever going to finish and receive the certificate for this course we paid for and have been very patient for.
      Very frustrated and want this to be done with this whole thing and so my son can finish and get his certificate for all the hard work he has done.
