    Fair Deal was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. The response was quick with options and no pressure. *** and the crew are very knowledgeable, clean and neat. I would definitely recommend them.

    My AC died during the heat wave. *** was able to schedule an install in a day or two. He was responsive to questions and pricing was competitive. I went with the order based on past referrals and am glad I did. The technicians were truely professional and did a very good job. They also completely cleaned the work area. Overall, very happy with their service and would recommend.

    I recently had a new AC installed by Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning and had a great experience from start to finish.
    Earlier this summer, I contacted the company that had originally installed my AC because of a refrigerant leak in the old unit. Since it was over 10 years old, they suggested replacing it instead of testing for the leak. But once I got the estimate, I started to question whether it made sense to replace it at that point due to budget concerns.
    While searching online, I came across Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning through a community forum—and I’m so glad I did.     *** is the consummate professional. He knows his stuff, and with more than 20 years experience he diagnosed our A/C issue and had it repaired and blowing cold again within an hour. This is the second time I've used Fair Deal Heating and A/C because my first experience was so good. I will use them again and recommend to anyone who will listen.     Had *** at Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning and his crew install my **** **** hot water tank and can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Crew arrived on install day as promised and promptly removed my ******** HWT and replaced it with my new one. Install was clean and professional. Workers left the area clean and went over proper maintenance procedures to prolong the life of the new tank. For those worried about the hassle of returning a rental tank and installing a purchased one, please don't let that deter you. *** was easy to work with to schedule install/removal to coincide with my rental pick up. Highly recommended!!!

    I had an excellent experience with Fair Deal. He is really responsive and answered all of my questions about water heaters promptly. Super easy to deal with and accommodating in terms of scheduling. Water heater replacement went smoothly and house was left very clean. I also got maintenance tips and instructions as well. I would definitely recommend.

    I recommend the Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning for those who looking for service or installing new water heater. The technician provide good service and on time. The next day they already installed the new water heater once I decided. Technician explain clealy all the questions. No doubt I will call again if I need any service.

    Ash and his team at Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning provided excellent service both times we had an issue with our furnace. The team was punctual, polite and professional. Within an hour of diagnosis, a replacement part was ordered, received and installed. The cost for parts and labour was fair and reasonable.
    Would definitely recommend.
