    July 2023 hired ******* of Details Home Improvement & Handyman Services to do bathroom Reno. In August we paid ******* in full even though the job was not completed. Within a month we reported loud squeeching noises from the shower and also significant water overflow on the sink countertop because the faucet is not long enough (the faucet was chosen and provided by *******). ******* said he was ordering a new sink faucet to replace the one he installed. For the shower problem we paid **** ******** to change our water heater carbon filter in case debris in the town water was causing the loud squeeching shower noise. However, we did not have any problems with the same town water and our old shower before the Reno! ******* was supposed to send his plumber back to install a new cartridge in the shower and flush out the pipes after the carbon filter was changed. Now he is refusing to. We had also complained to ******* that upon closer inspection we realized that the wallpaper removal and paint job was terrible. Also nails coming out of the floor entrance, missing hardware from our blinds. On five occasions ******* booked a day to come and complete the work. In all of these cases he did not show up, he did not call to explain the absence, nor did he respond to our attempts to reach him. In May 2024 ******* agreed to come back for a full day and “fix everything” as per our list. He also had the hardware for our blinds and the new sink faucet. ** **** **** ******** ***** ***** ** **** **** **** ** **** **** **. He doesn’t respond to our attempts to reach him. **** ***** * ****** * ******** ****** ** *** ******* ******* ** *** ** ******. We paid for this bathroom Reno and it has not been finished. We are not asking for anything that was not agreed to by *******. ******* will not come back to fix everything as promised and now he wants to charge us for the replacement sink faucet. ** ********* ** ** ****** ***** ** **** ******* ** ******* *** * ****** *** *** ****** **** ***
