    **** ***** ** ** **** I was a client of the same insurance broker for years. My entire adult life up until now. I noticed a few years ago that my insurance premiums were really high. I called and emailed my broker who assured me he would shop around for another rate for me. Well my renewal dates came and went and I heard nothing. When I emailed him back he assured me he would contact me before renewal. No contact. This went on for two years. This year, I again emailed him to say … hey! Let’s get this done this year (my patience as ever). No response. I get my new policy in the mail and it’s the exact same. When I called him he said it was because I refused to put my husband on the insurance as a second driver. Is that his choice to make ? So because I didn’t want my husband in the insurance policy you disregard my request to switch insurance providers. Wow ! Now I am looking for someone else to support me with this but will need to pay a fee to get out of my policy or wait the year paying high premiums. In my opinion this company was irresponsible with my money and time. ********* ** *** *** *****. I will never ever use this company again. In the new year I will be seeking legal advice.
