    I shipped a car overseas with the business. The car was to arrive the country in 6weeks since November 2023, however the merchant continued to ask for patience and understanding until the vehicle took 6+ months to arrive. Now that the vehicle has arrived, it is completely damaged (broken windscreen, bumper, fender, catalyst and car battery). The bags and items I kept in were stolen and vandalized. I reached out to the merchant for resolution as the vehicle condition is not the same as it was when I gave it to him for shipment. Instead of a resolution and taking accountability for the damage to pay for the repair, the merchant ******* ** **** *** ************** stating they will not pay for the damages.
