    Electric Scooter was originally purchased at downtown location on 14-06-2022 for two cash payements ($480-$460 with invoice) at the total amount of $940.00.
    Since the day this scooter has been purchased every single original part from factory has needed to ne replaced due to “faulty wiring” or “bad luck”. There has not been a solid week the scooter has been used without a need for repair or another replacement. I am also being asked to pay full price for parts and services that are either used or not completed. 4 times now I have paid for a tire replacement and never received a brand new tire but something ****** from another scooter left for repair.
    Whenever my item has been returned to me from “repairs” its missing crucial pieces that are designated to keep the rider safe. ******* ** **** * **** ****** *** ******* **** **** * ***** ******* ****** *** ****** ** ** *** ******** **** *** ******* *****   The owner himself has mentioned multiple times that it is a “bad item” whenever I have seen them work on it **** ** *** *** *** **** ***** *** ******** *** ****** ** **** ****** I have been very patient and understanding until the last time I took my scooter for repairs and realized it *** **** ******** **** *** ************ ******** ** ***** *** ** ** ****** ***** ** ******* ** needs another repair. ************ ******** ** ** ***** **** ***** ****** ***** *** *********** ***** **** ****** ** ***** *** * **** ********* **** *** **** **** **** * *** **** **** ******* ******** ******* I have spent over $1000 (the original cost of the item) on “repairs” only to need them again days later with or without using the product. * **** ********* *** ****** *** ****** *** ******** ******* *** **** **** ** ** ******** ***** ** ********* ** **** ** **** ***** **** ** ******* * **** ********* *** ****** *** ****** ** ***** ****** *** **** **** ****** * ******* ********** **** **** ******** I would like to request a full refund for the product and repair costs if possible.
