      I contacted several companies to move the contents of one bedroom from a house to a house. I had already decided on a company, but my last search brought me to WeePack. I read the glowing reviews on their website and at the last minute decided to hire this company. In hindsight, I should have stuck to my original decision!
      I gave Dov a list of all the items I wanted to move, including a bed. I asked if there were any additional costs for heavy items and he said no. We confirmed the date and time.
      On the day of the move, he called me 1/2 hour early because he wanted to start earlier. I said that wasn’t possible. When he didn’t show up at the scheduled time, I called him, and he said he would be 30 minutes late. An hour after the scheduled time, I called him again. He apologized and said he would be arriving in 10 minutes.
      He finally showed up 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled time.
      These are the reasons I would NEVER hire ** ********* these movers:
      • One of the movers arrived without a mask. I had to give him one. They didn’t use their masks while unpacking my furniture, even when they were reminded to do so.
      • When I showed Dov the items to be moved, he said the bed was heavy and I would have to pay $75 extra. I said no.Dov was on the phone for 80% of the time.
      • When he got to my new place he demanded I pay him before he unpacked the truck. I refused. I told him the job was not completed .
      • He showed me an invoice on his phone, which included $75 for the heavy bed and $80 for stairs!
      • He eventually unpacked my furniture and apologized, but it too little and too late.
