      The salesman of this company made several promises both verbally and through email that we would NOT be held to a contract for the leased terminals and could CANCEL at ANYTIME with no penalties. He knew we came from a situation prior with another company who would not let us leave without paying an extreme amount to cancel. I asked and questioned this several times and was told it would not be an issue. Low and behold, we requested to cancel once it was discovered they are charging us for things they are not allowed to by law and being dishonest they have now gone back on their word and forcing us to keep the leased terminals and continue to pay for them. As stated, I was told repeatedly by their salesman Alex ******** both in writing through email and verbally on the phone that this wouldn't be an issue. When Alex sent the contract over he told me he cannot change the wording regarding the terminal but that his confirmation email prior to signing would suffice. I signed the contract under this information *** **** **** *** ***** ** ***** *** *******.
