    I had a fantastic experience with Master Sealer! They recently fixed the interlock stones on my property, and the results exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly took great pride in their work. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring the stones were perfectly aligned and level, and they left the area clean and tidy when the job was done. My walkway looks brand new again! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality interlock repairs or installation

    Master Sealer I would never use again. Quality of work poor.
    ******* ** **** ****** **** *** **** ******* *** *********  Had to call back a few times to do repairs. Owner of the company did not come and inspect the work done by his employees. Not recommend for epoxy!

    I was genuinely surprised to read your review, especially considering the efforts we made to address your concerns. We returned twice to your property for what were very minor issues, and each time, we promptly sent a technician to resolve them without hesitation.
    During the final visit, your husband expressed that he was happy with the results and appreciated the work. However, your reaction over the phone was quite different, and unfortunately, our technician was met with *********, which made it difficult to have a constructive dialogue.
    You also mentioned having had epoxy work done previously and being very satisfied—so it’s unclear why you chose to hire us in the first place if that experience was ideal.
    It seemed that, throughout the process, every step was met with criticism despite our best efforts to deliver quality service and accommodate your requests. We sincerely tried to make things right.
    At this point, it’s clear that we’re not the right fit for your expectations. We wish you all the best going forward and respectfully ask that you refrain from using our services or referring us to others.
