Outstanding Quality, Perfect Installation & True Canadian Craftsmanship!
I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience with Direct Pro Windows & Doors Inc. From the very first consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with incredible professionalism and care. They are a family-owned business, and it truly shows in the pride they take in their work and the way they treat their customers — like family.
Their products are Canadian-made and absolutely top-tier. The quality is second to none — energy-efficient, durable, and beautifully designed. Whether you're looking for a modern upgrade or something more traditional, they have an excellent selection to choose from. It’s clear that only the best materials are used.
What really stood out to me was the impeccable workmanship. The installation team was on time, respectful, and highly skilled. They took the time to do everything perfectly — every window and door fit flawlessly, and the finishing touches were done with care and precision. No mess, no shortcuts — just quality work done right.
It’s rare to find a company that combines outstanding products, expert craftsmanship, and true Canadian values. Direct Pro is that company. My husband and I bought our home a year ago and wanted to update all of the windows, 2 sets of double doors, and a side door. We happened to be in the area of the Direct Pro Windows & Doors office one day and decided to pop in and see if we could speak with someone. We met with Eugene - with the amount of time that he spent with us going over all of the options and colours, showing us the different types of windows they offered and explaining why they were superior to other companies, and the price that was offered, we knew that we found the right place. Eugene was very patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really listened to what it was that we were looking for and how we envisioned our home to look after the new windows and doors were installed. All of our windows and doors were installed in 3 days. The total amount of time from the time of measurement to time of installation was 5 weeks, which was fantastic. ***** and his team were punctual, meticulous, and very friendly. We are very happy with their handiwork. We were also able to take advantage of the Greener Homes Rebate and received a nice sized rebate back from the government for our new energy efficient windows, which was a nice bonus. We had all of our windows replaced with Direct Pro in the fall of 2023. We received quotes from 2 other companies. In the end, we chose Direct Pro because of what they could do for us, in terms of turnaround time and the trust we had in our their sales rep, Rick. The window quality and options available they offer are better than the other companies we initially spoke with. Rick was able to set us up with an auditing company who contacted us to set up the pre-inspection and post-inspection for the greener homes rebate, which saved us time having to do that ourselves. The installation team of Sergey and his crew were amazing. All of our windows were installed within the 2 days (only took them about 1.5 days to complete) and they look great!
