    This business took our money and never paid our subcontractors, costing us thousands of dollars. They complete unsafe work and we have had to spend thousands more getting their work fixed to make it safe for our home.

    These customers chose custom products for their home, couldn't wait for the materials to be manufactured and delivered, made our company cancel their products 3 times and re-order with different companies, costing our company thousands of dollars in cancelation fees. Customers gave our company unreasonable deadlines, not answering emails or meeting for materials selection, but expected installation to happen within 1 week, without making materials selections or communicating. All subcontractors have been paid in full, all materials and suppliers have been paid in full.Our company went above and beyond the scope of work in all aspects of the work, and lost thousands of dollars in doing so , to make sure the customers were satisfied. Our company even lend the customers some tools and batteries to help them complete a small project on their own, and the customers have stolen the tools and batteries since September 2022, and have yet to return the items.
