    A numerous amount of issues during our stay at this hotel. When trying to go through the ************** ie, calling choice, attempting to speak with the general manager we were met with the same manager who declines any wrong doing calling, gate keeping us from speaking to the ** proclaiming I am making false statements and talking over me the entire duration of the call. To start off, during our stay we had to switch rooms a total of 4 times. Once for the rooms power going out, second due to the room being extremely wet and filthy, smelling of smoke and cat urine. With the final one being due to the toilet randomly breaking, over flowing, and an employee snaking and plunging the toilet getting f**** contaminated water all over the bathroom and our belongings in the bathroom. I will point out we did not use the toilet prior to this happening. During a shower the toilet started making a bubbling sound where then it filled and overflowed. After these 4 room changes, having to dispose of personal belongings as well as clean our suite case covered in this contaminates we asked to speak to the ** and were told he would call the room. (he never did) We went 7 days with out any hot water and during this time on numerous occasions we asked to speak to the manager to have the issue fixed. We were again met with being dodged, avoided, and promised calls which never happened. Once we were persistent with asking to speak with the ** we were then met with childish games being played by the front of desk manager, again dodging us, snickering with staff when avoiding us and neglecting the conditions of the hotel. We had many more problems arise like inaccurate invoices, when coming to our pet fees. We paid over 27 pet fees which is listed as a on time charge per stay. Yet only 3 showing on our invoice, and of course we paid cash. When going through the avenues internally as stated above we were met with a phone call of being told our story doesn't add up.
