    Dealing with their Landscape Dept. has been a very negative experience. Last summer I had them take out and replace evergreens at the front of my house. There was no personal contact at that time which I believed to be because of Covid, Now the trees look like they are dying. I called ***** (my previous contact) and again sent a picture. Her reply was unsatisfactory and apparently they do not visit a site in person. I have left 5 messages which were not returned and been to the nursery 4 times but neither **** ******* nor ***** would talk to me. So far I have been told the problem could be a fungus, roots jiggled loose from the wind over the winter, not enough water (apparently the east side of the house is the dry side) or spider mite. As of now Sipkens has not provided service or stood behind their 2 year guarantee.
