    Spoke to JD the owner. He has told me that he will reimburse 1500 of the 2000 I gave him which was acceptable when the transfer comes through. I will email you again. He has promised us tomorrow morning by 10 oclock thank you very much for your help this issue should be resolvedThey wouldve incurred these costs anyway for the next buyer. I contacted them by phone and they were adamant that I was to get none of my deposit back and I think that not right they had to fix the problems anyway and they didnt do what they said they would do in delivering it early its not my fault. The house sale fell through this how they treat all potential buyers.
