    I placed an order at the end of July/beginning of August. My order was canceled by the company. I never received a refund and the company refuses to respond to me.

    On August 25, 2024 I ordered from this company. They charged my credit card right away $120. I waited a few weeks patiently and have been reaching out to them for an update and it’s now October 6th and no one has ever replied. No product, no reply.

    I purchased ******** gum from this company Rare Candy Canada on 02/04/24. They charged my discover card $132.19. A week later I received an email from the company that my order was cancelled on 02/11/2024. I replied to the email that I would like a refund since I never received my gum and they responded that they only can offer a store credit when that was the only item I needed. I declined the store credit and asked for a refund back to my original payment method, Another email sent back to me 02/21/24 stating they were unable to offer a refund and only a store credit, so now I must fight with my credit card company because this company **** ** ***** *** never provided a service or good to me.

    I placed an order on rarecandycanada for 9 items, totaling $107.10 on September 6, 2023. I received a shipping notification via email for the order, which included all 9 items listed in that email, on September 25th, nearly 3 weeks after placing the order.

    Shortly after the shipping confirmation I received an "e-GIFT CARD" for $24.10. The email included no explanation, and I was confused as the shipping confirmation had included all items from my order. So I waited to receive the order to figure out what the gift card was for.

    When the order arrived, 5 items, totaling $30.90 were not included in the package. They did include 3 random bags of candy that were not ordered* *** ** ***** **** ******* ** *** ******** **** ****** The gift card amount of $24.10 does not add up to the total of any combination of the missing items. * ****** ** **** **** *** **** *** *** ***** ***** **** *** ******* **** * ****** ***** *** ***** *** ** *** ****** ****** ** ******* * **** **** *** *** ** **** ******** *** *********** ***** ***** **** ***** ** ******* All items that are missing from my order are still showing as in stock on their website. They accepted payment for product that they didn't ship and then issued a GIFT CARD for an amount that they deem reasonable for the missing items.
    I would like the retailer to send the missing items. If the items are unavailable then as a service to all potential customers, they need to update the website, and issue an REFUND for unfulfilled items.

    On April 13, I ordered 9 items from RareCandyCanada.ca, and emailed them to ask for the confirmation email because I didn't get it, and after a lot of back and forth, finally received it after requesting it multiple times (they always replied on the same day, or the next business day).

    I then received my package on May 3rd, and 6 of the 9 items are NOT correct, only 3 are, and there are 6 random items that mostly could be purchased at ******* that I did not order.

    I've emailed the business twice, and called them twice, and they will not answer me. It's been a week. I posted a review on social media today about what happened and they've now blocked me on *********.
    I am seeking a full refund of my $125 from this company.

    On november 28th, 2022 I placed an order with Rare Candy Canada for a case containing 6 bags of milk chocolate covered smores flavoured marshmellow bites as a christmas gift. The total of this order was $73.54. When i recieved the package it ended up being incorrect. What I recieved was a box of the same brand of treats however the flavour was wrong it was dark chocolate coconut flavour. I contacted the buisness via email informing them of the mistake and simply asking them to either refund me or send out the correct product. After this I was informed that i would have to pay shipping for a second time for them to correct the error and the shipping fee was much more than the previous time.     Order #**** - Order placed November 25 2022
    The total amount paid to the business was : 128.25$ (including a 5$ Tip)
    The business was to provide 'rare hard to find' edibles/food goods listed as available for purchase from their website.

    I ordered 7 items and upon receiving them 4 of the items were replaced with completely unrelated items, for example: A 12oz bag of chocolate disk wafers for 15$ was replaced with 3 ****** bars l could have purchased at my nearby convenience store, only 3 items from my order were correct, the rest were replaced with something they had laying around. I would understand maybe 1 or maybe 2 replacements but 75% of the items missing ** *************

    l contacted the owner who simply replied:
    "The ******** ******** arrived damaged, for that item we substituted.
    we are sorry about that, but we wanted to make sure you got your order before Christmas !"

    And so l did read their policy ****** *** ** **** **** ** **** **** ***** in short, they claim that they can replace any item with a substitute they deem as a replacement no refunds and no returns.

    Fair enough HOWEVER they continue to display items they currently no longer have in stock and expect unaware buyers to call to inquire if items are available, (there are hundreds of items on their site) to add to the online shopping carts and place the orders, these policies ARE NOT readily available for customers to read, l assure you if they had made this info readily available l would certainly have not tried to support this Canadian business and instead would have (and now indeed have) purchased all the missing items from my order by using ****** ***** * ****** **** ********** ****** ** ******  *** ** *** ****** ** ****** a free gift (****** Cherry candy canes) was stale and inedible
