I've been trying to return the mattress for about a month now. Customer service kept sending requests for photos and other info. Finally, after two weeks and multiple requests, they agreed that they have all they need. However, for almost three weeks Service representatives for days promising the same actions thing over and over, but nothing materialized. They do not return calls or reply to emails. They appear to be very nice and understanding on the phone, but this is where it stops. I may have to go to Small Claims Court to recover my money. Silk & Snow have excellent products, customer service and shipping. I initially ordered a set of percale king sheets, which arrived promptly. I have used the sheets constantly for several months now, and am so happy with them, I ordered another set a week ago, which arrived today. I order the black fitted sheet with 2 pillowcases, 2 oat shams and an oat coloured comforter. The items came all in one box with Silk n Snow logos on it. I open box and there were 3 packages - sheets, shams, comforter. I tossed box. A couple of days later, I go to wash sheets to put on my bed. I open package and there are no pillowcases. I thought no biggie, it is an error, they will send me some. I was wrong. I am the 4th email. I can't return the product because I have opened packages. They won't send me pillowcases. The black is not a true black and will never be matched to anything else. I just wasted my money trying to create a matching bedlinen set.Silk & Snow Inc

*** **** **** ********** ***** ******* ***** Silk & Snow has a very deceitful return policy. Their return policy allows for returns. However, one must first contact customer support for a return. Customer will repeatedly try to get you to donate. Then Customer Service will email steps. Steps include sending photos do you have the original box and asking again to confirm you want a refund. Two Customer Service representatives for days doing the same thing over and over. Horrible, dreaded company Silk & Snow is. All I want to do is return a robe that is way too large and not even made good. Not a quality product. *** **** **** * *****Silk & Snow Inc

Bed frame qualitties are extrememly bad. I bought the upholstered bed frame and it started squeaking heavily and in the website it says it doesnt squeak. I then exchanged that bed for the wooden bed frame. One of the footboards was defective and the slats were not sanded down properly. I have slivers of wood all over the bottom of my mattress and the slats were also bent and wouldnt lay flat on the center beam. Will be asking for my money back ** ****** * ********Silk & Snow Inc

I believe it is important to leave reviews when a product is bad so that people can make an informed decision. But I think it is also important to leave reviews when a product is good.
I am in the latter category.
***** ******* ******** ****** *** ******** ******* *** ****** *** *** ******** **** ** *** ******** * *** ********. I ultimately decided to go forth and got a full set of ******* cotton beddings, duvet cover, and pillows.
Not only are they comfortable, they are of very good quality. Perhaps not the best; I couldn't tell. But for my money, *** ****** **** ***** ****** ******** *** *** ******** I couldn't be happier.
I cannot talk about the quality of the linen or the other materials, but ***** ******* **** **** ******* *** *** ***** ***** **** *** have good things to say.
I had no issue with the shipping, and my order was fine, so I didn't had to contact customer service at any point *** **** ****** **** ***** **. ******** ** *** ***** ******* *** ** ** ********* *** ****** ** ****** ****** ******** ******* *** *** ************ ********** I would suggest Silk & Snow to sell a samplings of their material for ****** ******** **** ******** ** *** **** **** ********* so that people can touch and feel the different fabric.Silk & Snow Inc

********* Worst customer service * **** ***. For a brand that markets themselves as being made with love and attention to details, they have certainly missed the mark. I ordered my products (sheets, duvet and duvet cover) almost 1 month ago and have just finally received it all.
It started when I ordered the wrong colour and I immediately (15 minutes after my order) called the customer service line for it to be corrected. I was given the option to cancel or that a change of colour could be done with my current order. I opted for the latter. Once the shipping label was created I realized the colour had not been changed. I called them to fix the error and they then told me that they never told me the colour change was guaranteed (which was not true, they are more than welcome to listen to the recordings for ''quality assurance'') I quickly corrected them on their mistake and they said they would make the delivery company return to sender BUT they had to wait until its received before they can send me my correct things. More waiting. Then a couple weeks later I receive my sheets but NO DUVET. I had to contact them again to send me the duvet. More waiting. At this point my patience reached its end and I asked that some kind of compensation be given for the bad service I got. They (supervisors) have been reviewing it for the pass 1 week now, while I have to keep following up because each time they say that the supervisors will call me or email me, they don't. More waiting.
It's been a run around and a disgraceful experience.
