To Who it May Concern:
My name is ******* ****** and I'm writing to you for assistance please.
In late 2024, I sent a jersey into Cool Hockey in York ONT for custom personalization. According to the **** tracking number they received it on November 7, 2024. It was mailed from the United States Louisville KY on October 31, 2024.
Suffice to say, I am still waiting for the jersey and it has been just one mishap after another on their part. At first I was told my jersey would be shipping in December; this was after several attempts at asking about my order status (P.S. they do not respond or do not respond promptly to any queries regarding order status). So Christmas passed (yes sadly it was a present which wasn't there for the recipient).
Enter 2025 and I was told that they would be shipping my jersey in early January (*** *************** **********) below. Two weeks later they noticed that I had selected the option for a patch to be sewed onto the jersey. It was a ****** ****** **** ****** Classic jersey and I had ordered the shoulder patch separately from a retailer here in the US off of ***** My wife and I packed the jersey in late October specifically with the patch included with the jersey, very carefully, else I wouldn't have selected the additional option to have a patch sewn on!!
Well as it turns out Cool Hockey lost the patch in their warehouse (*** **************************). Since then I am still waiting for them to respond to several of my queries, and its been almost 4 weeks. As I said above they are not responsive at all and its just poor customer service. February has turned into March and coming on four months to the day when they received my order. Even though they have partially refunded my order it doesn't make up for the waiting and general lack of customer support I have received from them.
I just want my finished jersey, that's all.

Ordered a jersey from company on 12/27/24. Estimated ship date was 1/24/25. Week and half after date I contacted them to see status. Finally got response saying they had issues with equipment and order would ship 10-15 business days. Sent a follow up later that day to add something for the order. This was 2/6. I have not received another response from them since. Numerous emails, social media inquiries, phone calls all go unanswered. Even contacted a company tied with their number. On December 23, 2024 I placed an order in the amount of 127.92 for a ******* ******** ******** Authentic Pro Jersey which I supplied to be customized by CoolHockey with a name and number. The jersey was purchased by myself from ******** for 361.00 On January 3, 2025 I received a reply from CoolHockey stating they would complete the customization that week and send it out late that week or early next. It is now January 30, 2025. I have sent over 20 (twenty) emails with no response. I want the customization complete on the jersey I sent them and have it shipped back to me. asap. I am fearful I may never see this again and be out the $361 for the jersey and 127.92 for the customization.Initial Complaint

I ordered and PAID for an *** jersey for my daughter back on November 7th, conformation said it would ship out on November 29th!
I contacted the company on December 2nd to see what the hold up was because I didn’t get a shipping notification. They responded saying my order has been received but didn’t go in for processing and they’d manually do it and that it should ship out early the following week……well I still don’t have a shipping notification and all contract has stopped with them, I’ve sent out a number of emails inquiring and nothing from them!!
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and this customer service is not good enough!!

I purchased a reverse retro (ie a limited supply jersey) from coolhockey (CH) in November. The jersey was delayed a month but showed up in February via ****** CH sent the jersey (worth about $300) in a single shipping bag with zero additional protection ***** ******* ******* ** ***** ********* ** ******** ****** ***** * ******* *** ** ****. The jersey came wet from rain water that got in through a small hole in the bag, smelling terrible, and with a burn mark or some other black stain. After my complaint they tried to blame ***** when the damage is clearly CH's fault. They offered me a jersey on their site but not a replacement of the one I ordered or a refund. I placed an order on 11/20/2022 for a ******** ********* Reverse Retro jersey. I ordered it on the release day **** ****** **** ** *** ** ** ********** I made no customizations to ensure I receive it quickly. I have fully paid for the order and still do not have it. I have emailed several times asking about the status. I keep getting a response saying soon and nothing happens.
