    I bought a gaming computer from Canada Gaming Computer on the premise it was advertised as one day shipping. When they never shipped it in one day I called and asked for a refund because they gave me an uneasy feeling after purchasing. Instead of giving my money back they lied to me and said they shipped it that morning but the truth was it was shipped later the next day. I ordered late in evening and gave them one day grace and I wasn't expecting the next day but the day after and they still hadn't shipped it. The major problem was the computer I ordered was not the same computer as pictured on their website. I complained through email and instead of communicating with me they chose to ignore my emails or call me. They also shipped the computer without a power cord but did refund me money for me to go out and buy one myself. Their website is not very transparent to what your actually buying. Their address is not the same address the computer was shipped from and or correct business address listed on website instead it was Calgary on bill of sale once I received computer. They did not list their name with Canada Post who the shipper was I found odd. I asked for my money back before shipped because of deception and lack of communication and commitment to me as a customer and they ignored me and my complaint. I would suggest buyers not buy from them but a more reputable business who will take proper care of their customer when problems arise. They will also charge you to ship computer back to them even if it's their fault and charge you a 4% restocking fee. Buy a gaming computer elsewhere for peace of mind knowing exactly what your going to get, not from them.
