    I would like to state i did visit the store to air my grievances on the 14th nov, (7 weeks since start) I had already complained about the quality of work previously. I emailed on the 25th asking them to contact me and discuss the issue, but i did not expect a response and i have not got one. I just want to sort out a settlement and get someone else to correct the wrongly installed tiles and fix the grout. After i left their store in tears, i sat and watched them laughing about it from my vehicle. It is now the 9th week since work began to replace tiled floor in main living area/hallway/small laundry room and bathroom, about 600 sq ft. Also remove and replace tile in en suite bathroom. From the start it has been a painful process. I have no main bathroom, still needs grout and the vanity needs to be replaced now. I don't want to pay them anything else, just be done For the price i was quoted i expected a quick professional install with minimal mess and a beautiful finish. I have damaged items, tile not installed properly, a terrible grout job and cement everywhere. No protective measures taken against the mess until i stayed home while they tiled bathroom, and that was delayed because he installed them the wrong way around and had to wait for more tile to come in. I was told the vanities and toilets would be removed and my closet and other rooms would be protected, they were not. Main vanity is damaged on the bottom and top. Kitchen kick boards are damaged, cement on my bedding, in a mug, on my drive, up the front of house. Nails everywhere. I had to go to the store and say something after he left and i saw the state of my bathroom. I think they were planning on just covering up damage with wood and plastic strips. I just cannot take anymore. It is now into the 9th week since the start of this job. No main bathroom toilet. I have so many pictures but i cannot upload for some reason. I was quoted $16500. I paid half up front. Can i send pictures separately?

    Hello *****,

    As a follow-up to our conversation and subsequent visit last week A****** ***** will be on site on Tuesday January 14th to do rectify tile issues as promised.  As you agreed to, you will mark the tiles in question and have the dogs out of the house with you to ensure things get completed in a expedited manner.  I am working on rectifying the kickplates that were roughed up during installation. I will have that answer shortly.
