      Thank you for the follow up, but I find it very upsetting that I'm expected to continue to live with this defect simply because ** is unable to resolve it in a timely fashion.
      Do not assume I am going to purchase another ** product after the GMS inability to resolve this matter in a timely fashion.
      That being said I am requesting payment for the seat cover in order to be able
      To shop elsewhere at my leisure.
      If I do consider staying with a ** product the above request would certainly help in my decision.
      I am also sending a copy of this email to a third party.

      Thank you for the opportunity to review your case regarding your 2022 GMC CANYON. We have worked in partnership with the service team and service manager at Hillside Motors (1973) Ltd.
      and conducted a full review of the circumstances surrounding your case.
      There are no recalls or special coverages relating to this issue of seat covers on order from last 4 months as it has been escalated from our end in September but have no ETA, however no rental can be provided due to the fact that vehicle is operating as designed
      At this time based on the information provided, you can reach us back when the vehicle is repaired for management rebate for trade in the vehicle
      While we have completed our review Thursday November 7th. We sincerely wish it were possible to resolve every concern to our customer's complete satisfaction, unfortunately, this is not always possible. This has been reviewed all levels.
