    In February of this year I paid a man named *********** ****** who owns and runs a business named Tophers Sheds for the Construction of a shed for my property. I paid $4000 for the shed and the contract had a delivery of by the end of April. After delays in construction and contacting ***** he told me he had the shed almost built. I went down to the business address and there was no shed at all. After asking around about this business I started to hear a few people with similar complaints of delays and not being able to get their sheds built on time. I asked ***** for my money back as the contract at that point had been broken and I wanted to go in a different direction. It was at that point I found out he did not have my money, he had spent it or in other words missaproriated my funds. This was two months ago and now he is refusing to give me my money back. He is telling me he has no money to give me yet he is still advertising buildings for sale on social media. Hes been giving me a constant barrage of lies and runaround even after being threatened with small claims court to settle this dispute. I want and need my money back and its not right that he used my funds for person al gain when he did not have permission to do so and now he is refusing to pay me back my money.
