  If you want earthform to ***** your money then they are right for you. We got them to design and construct our dream backyard. We had them install a water spa, flagstone patio and fireplace as well as a lounging deck and a waterfall feature. First off during the spa installation, they scratched and gouged our spa in multiple locations. The made a mess of the glue used to seal the coping stones all over the fiberglass of the spa. The coping stones had many unfilled gaps leading to excessive dirt and rain to enter during rainfall and heat loss costing more money to run it. They damaged one of the pool pumps because they installed it incorrectly which we had to replace. We had a pipe burst in our mechanical shed during winter as they installed that I correctly. The flag stone patio was layered incorrectly as many areas of the sand have now become soft because of the large gaps in between the stones. They quotes us $6000 for an electrical job that ended up costing us $12000. The waterfall was poorly installed as the waterfall flowed out of the pool instead of back into the pool because they screwed up the location of waterfall. The concrete work looked like a 2 year old did the work. As these problems were occurring, we spoke with Earthform on having a solution to fix everything and every time they gave us reassurance that everything will be corrected only for them to stop showing up. We paid for 95% of the job and left us with 75% of the job incomplete and not to our satisfaction or industry minimum standards. Our backyard which started out at $100k, quickly became $125k and incomplete with us now having to spend another $15k to finish. They are not worth the cost. They are the **** people I would ever recommend to do any type of Landscaping. They left us with an unusable waterfall for our spa and $15000 worth of work to finish which we are glad to give our money to a reputable company.

We must note that there are some discrepancies between the account of events presented and our team's records. We always strive for transparency and fairness in our dealings, so we felt it important to address this.
  Regarding the coping stone repair you mentioned, our assessment suggests this is a minor issue that can be easily addressed and solve more than one concern you have. We're more than willing to discuss a solution for this, despite our firm recommendation against using an Emerspa installation, which you dealt with directly.
  We also want to bring to your attention that there's an outstanding balance on the account from the work. While we're eager to resolve the current issue, we would appreciate if we could also address this significant outstanding amount which you did not mention.
