    This business used predatory practices to contact my elderly father stating that he had won a free water test by doing a survey of some nature (which he has not done). They then sent a representative to the home at 10pm on July 4th/2023 who would not leave until 2am July 5/2023. This representative continuously tried pressuring my father into purchasing expensive water filtration services to the tune of $110+ a month. The company also used gimmicky water tests to demonstrate how our water is hard and unsafe. This company uses fear to sell to the elderly and also uses predatory tactics by calling randomly to entice people with misleading claims.

    ******,  thank you for reaching out to us regarding our concerns. We can assure you that we do not use predatory tactics and we certainty don't prey on elderly people. We apologize if our representative stayed a little late in the home of your father and we will review this with our team to make sure we are more aware of the time when conducting water tests in residential homes.  Our water tests are not gimmicky and they are fully backed up by Universities and use standard testing procedures. We use these tests to indicate to the community hardness that may exist in their water.  It is through these tests that we have been able to help improve the water in many homes throughout the province.  Thank you once again for voicing your concerns and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify any issues you have raised.
