      Hi dear sir/madam.I'm a bakery shop owner.I contacted Thomas Edison Electric to fix the air conditioner on 2023 April.They came to check and said they can fix it and quoted.I paided two bills as they said replacement of new parts and labor costs required: $1400.88+$156.69=$1557.57.
      Then they came 7 or 8 times and never fixed it.They always had various reasons for each time.I trusted them at first because I believe they are professional.I had hoped to fix it before last summer because my shop needed air-conditioning to keep cooling.As I was selling food. But now a year has passed, and my business has been greatly affected.More seriously, the health bureau officials also had the inspection and said that the temperature must be lowered, otherwise the food hygiene license will be revoked.I had to go to their office in March this year to ask for a refund, and the person in charge asked to give them another chance, and I agreed, and then waited again. Now that it's going to warm up again, I can't wait any longer.I am requesting help to refund the money I have paid, and Thomas Edison Electric has not fulfilled promise at all.
