    I bought a couch on February 2, 2024 and paid $ 1829.99. In August I contacted Owner and showed them a picture of back of couch that seam had let go. I was told he would come to house and take his own picture and ask his upholstery person if it could be fixed. Had to call again to see when he was coming. 2 days later he showed up, took picture and said he would call me and let me know if it could be fixed. I had to go out again and speak to owner and said he would send off email to company to get material to fix it. Never heard anything and went to store again. Was told email was sent on September 19 and was waiting for reply. Went back again on October 2 and was told material was sent by ***** and should be here on 4th. Went back to store on 9th and still nothing, waiting on tracking number.
    Returned to store on 10 and ask to return couch and get money refunded. Owner said no it would be fixed just waiting on material. Couldn't return couch because it can be fixed under warranty.
    I am tired of waiting for material, not sure what couch will be like after reupholstered.
    Just wanting to return it and get money back.

    We were notified from the customer 9 months after receipt of a sectional that the seam on back on sofa was letting go. We notified the manufacturer and as per manufacturer warranty they ordered material to be cut and shipped to the store for local repair. The customer was made aware of this plan and estimated time frames. It took approximately 1 month for the material to arrive, we then arranged pick up of the piece and was conscious to arrange pick up and return within the same day to minimize disruption to the customer. The customer was not satisfied with the repair and a full refund was issued upon pick up of the remaining piece of the sectional. 

    We feel that communication was in a timely manner and followed company and manufacturer policy. The customer was insisting on full refund from the beginning and not agreeable to manufacturer warranty policy.
