Purchased with financed loan from Santander consumer on 11-03-2021.
    A pre owned 2013 ******** 200. Amount financed $10,458.90 left to pay $8000.
After not even a month since I purchased this vehicle I’ve said something’s been off about it. I’ve put thousands of dollars into it already on top of paying the loan. I’ve complained and have brought it to there attention that they scammed me into buying a unsatisfactory used car. They cosmetically made it look and run but did the bare minimum. They always don’t do a legal inspection or put it on there system, get the auto manager to take it for a drive and just repeatedly tell you it’s fine regardless what it’s doing. I want either an exchange or replacement of value. I’d considered just trading it in to them and just being out the money. Mechanical issues with computer mainframe, transmission and engine problems. I’m a little late at doing this but have bought it numerous times to them, I just recently got out of an abusive partnership for 2 years, which ended with assault, unlawful confinement, court dates, jail, and my mom passing. it’s been difficult to manage

Here are the notes from our General Manger ***** ****** at our Honda Dealership.

We are satisfied that we sold this customer a good car at fair value and we have tried to work with him along the way, We need to remember that it is a 2013 vehicle which was 8 years old at the time of purchase. We have always tried to work with our customers and go beyond our legal requirements which we did in this case.

I thought I would make a few notes and if you want to update BBB on the communications that I have had (and the timeline) about ****** ****** 2013 Chrysler:

****** purchased the vehicle on November 3rd 2021 and financed it over 3 years at 6.99 with a bi-weekly payment of $148.82.  The vehicle had gone through the service department for the MVI and service (including brake service) Sept 24th at 108427kms – no issues or lights on.  from that point the timeline was as follows:

Feb 7th 2022 6:03 PM received a ******** message from him “I bought/financed a car from you guys in November.  I’ve had it at the repair shop every month since. I’ve put over $1500 into it, and now the car can barely accelerate and the engine sounds like it’s about to kill itself.  I tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but”

Feb 7th 2022 6:59 PM responded “Hi ******.  We are currently closed.  We’re sorry to hear about your recent troubles.  If you’d like to leave your email address and phone number I’ll have someone at the dealership reach out in the morning.”   To which he did reply with his email.

April 11th 2022 8:34 AM email sent to ****** from myself “Good morning ******, I have spoken to Ernie MacDonald on this a few times and we have tried to reach you.  The first step in to get this rectified is to drop in with the car so that we can diagnose the reported issue with the transmission and any other deficiencies that you have encountered.      I am rejecting this response because:

There trying to blame me when there mechanic would’ve noticed the signs.  lying about giving satisfactory service.
the under lying problem was the transmission it shows signs before this happens. They would’ve fixed the minor repairs and left the main issue that was failing.
He’s also stating I never brought it in. I was there twice and his automotive manager which Should be just as good if not better then him to look at a vehicle why can’t he do anything until “he” does. Things slowly went and caused problems that were underlying due to failing transmission.

im not being held accountable for there fraudulent vehicle or pay them for junk that wasn’t worth the purchase price.
