    On April 27, 2023, my order, number 26891, was "confirmed", and subsequently shipped on April 28, 2023.

    I ordered an 8 inch Non Stick Frying Pan, and a 9.5 inch Non Stick Fry Pan Skillet, for a total of $129.93.

    Both pans are defective, as they are not "non stick". Rather, everything sticks horribly, and sticks significantly worse than much less expensive pans.

    I attempted to contact the company for warranty assistance through multiples methods, however, all correspondence and phone calls and voicemails were completely ignored.

    The Meyer website clearly states for these pans “lifetime warranty means Meyer is a brand you can trust and rely on”. Unfortunately, this appears to be false since Meyer ignores all communications regarding its warranty.

    On November 6, 2022, I ordered a Meyer Confederation Fry Pan 28cm/11" pan for $54.99 online from Superstore. It arrived some time later and I used the pan once for a cooking course. Then, these past Holidays, I used it once again. It was still in fine shape. After using it, I let it cool, put some water in it to dislodge the food stuck and then proceeded to washing it. That is when I noticed that it has rust spots. This is not normal. I will not use it anymore because this tells me that there is something wrong with the metal (unsafe, in my eyes); it is supposed to be stainless steel, but now I doubt that. After doing some research about the company, I found out that not all their products are made in Canada; I find this very disappointing. However, this Confederation pan clearly states that it is Made in Canada (engraved at the bottom of the pan). Is it really?? I also have a Meyer sauté pan and a Meyer large pot which I use often and both are still in great shape. Initially, I was hoping for an exchange, but at this point, I think that I would rather have a refund and buy myself another large pan elsewhere. I'm a little turned off here... So, on January 6, 2024, I reached out to Meyer Customer Service, which I believe is in PEI, and informed them of the issue. On January 10, a lady called ******* ******** answered my email by asking me to "please provide us with a copy of the order form indicating the description of what you have purchased along with a picture of the item in question and do not forget to specify the size of the pan in cm requiring to be replaced. Finally, be sure to include your full shipping address, postal code, and phone number." On the same day, I did just that. I never heard from the company since although I emailed them twice more asking them for an update.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

     

    I just sent you -through email- the bill of sales which I think is what you need from me.  Hopefully that has worked okay because it has not worked here.  It was rejected.  It is an email which I downloaded and tried attaching here.

     

    If this is not what you need from me and/or if the bill of sales is not clear , please be specific and inform me of what I need to do.  I will gladly oblige.  However, I'm too not technologically inclined so that is why I need some details with regards to what you require from me.

    I purchased a set of Nouvelle cookware and opened the package on October 6th, 2023. I noticed that one pot was dented and immediately contacted Meyer Customer Service to report the damage and provided photos. On the same day they responded, asking for the customer order, my full address and the size of the damaged pot. I provided all the information and on October 12th, they emailed me to provide a claim reference number and confirm that they would replace the pot, and to tell me to expect delivery in 7-10 business days.
    On November 2nd, I contacted them via the customer service email to inform them that I had not yet received the pot and asked if they would provide an update.
    On November 8th, I emailed them a second time to inform them that I still had not received the pot and requested they advise me as to when to expect it.
    On November 14th, I called the customer service number and ended up having to leave a voice message. I provided my name, phone number, description of the issue, and the reference number they provided me in the original response email.
    It is now November 15th, and I have not yet had any response from Meyer. I still want the replacement pot, which they confirmed I would be receiving.

    The customer was contacted by the Vice President of Operations on Tuesday, November 28.. A replacement was shipped the same day and the customer was given his direct line if there were any further issues.

    I received the replacement pot today and it is good condition.
