    They quoted us $***.00 to do 3 windows. When the lady arrived, she confirmed that the quote was accurate, and that there is warranty for interior window tinting, but not exterior. The interior tinting was not dark enough and she agreed and removed it. In good faith, we paid for the job even though it was not completed. She said she would have to come back the following week to place exterior tint with a darker tint as she did not have the correct tint with her that day. She noted that we didn't need to be home for them to do the exterior windows.A different lady arrived the following week with poor equipment and the job did not get completed despite her using our ladder, and our out of town visitors were outside trying to help her for over an hour.Our supper was served over an hour late and cold (even though they said they could get it done without us even being home).They refused to complete the job and gave a partial refund (1 our of 3 windows got done under a $****** final bill). They said they would refund approx. $**. However, we would prefer the job be done as we will now have to pay another company the same amount to come to complete the 2 windows (resulting in a total cost double what it was supposed to be).** **** **** ***** ********* ***We should be given a refund of at least half for the run around, wasting our house guest's time, using our equipment and then not even completing the job.
