      We dropped off our $3,700 custom built computer tower to Priority Computers because of a power switch failure June 2023 in Birch Hills. We got our tower back, switch working fine, hard drive missing. Returned back to Priority Computers. ******, owner of Priority Computers says there is other components in the tower also faulty. Our tower still under warranty through ****** ****** in Calgary Alberta. ****** ****** wants our tower Returned to Calgary to see what's wrong with it. Memory express sent a label with tracking number to ******. ****** supposed to print out the label, attach to tower that was supposed to be wrapped up to be shipped to Calgary. ****** said she dropped off the computer tower to birch hills post office June 23rd 2023. ******, employee working at that time at the post office scanned the label to be shipped to Calgary. June 28, we found out our computer tower is missing and no one scanned the label at the post office. Post office customer service gave us a ticket number and post office did there full investigation. ****** owner of Priority computers never dropped off our tower and no one scanned anything. Now our $3,700 custom built tower is stolen by Priority computers. ****** butchered our tower and sold to her customers. ****** ** * ***** *** * *****
