    I am rejecting this response because:

    Hi I did not ask for a **** card I walked in I said I need a ***** ****** $** card and they said we haven't I said okay I'll take it we had talked about **** ****** but what I said was **** ****** on ***** and all of the others that's all it said about **** ****** at no given time did I ever ask for a **** card why would I do that when I have a ***** ****** and I asked for ***** ****** $** card I was not aware that it was a **** card for almost 2 days I kept calling my friends kept calling ***** and they wouldn't receive this card so when I went back in to see *****'s a manager of the store if she gave me a phone number and that and said that this is a **** card you got I said I asked them for a ***** ****** she said well there's nothing we can do about it anyway *** * **** *** ***** ***** **** ** ***** ** ********* ** ** ******* ***** *** **** **** *** *** **** ***** *** **** ******* ******** **** * *** *** ****** ***** ***

    I am the ***** that was named in the complaint from Mr. *******  Mr. ****** did request a phone card on the day in question from one of the other employees.  The employee requested that I assist her in the transaction.  Mr. ****** at this time requested a **** phone card of myself and the other employee which we scanned and sold to him.  It was some time later that Mr. ****** called the location and stated that the **** phone card did not work.  He also stated that he had assistance from a friend of his in trying to apply the **** Phone card.  I informed Mr. ****** that my Manager ***** would have to handle the problem and that she would be back in the store at a later date.  She was not present at the time of Mr. ******'s purchase and it is policy for the manager to handle problems with the phone cards. When Mr. ****** returned to the store it was then he informed us that he needed a ***** ****** card not a ****, as he had requested. I reminded him that he had requested a **** Phone card and not a ***** ****** card.  He then stated that he may have said he **** to myself and the other employee.  He then purchased a ***** ****** card and left the store, stating that "it was another $** he won't see again".  Mr. ****** seemed to be satisfied at the time and that he accepted that he had asked for the incorrect phone card.  We were very surprised to receive this complaint that he had lodged with the Better Business Bureau. If Mr. ****** had asked my manager could possibly got some assistance from **** by he did not request any help.
