    **** was friendly and explained the cleaning process and semi annual check thoroughly . He took pride in his work and was a pleasure to deal with. This is his third visit to our home.

    The technician from Guardian was very conscientious and kept in regular touch as he made the effort to let me know the time one and my options for several plumbing situations in my bathroom, laundry room as well as my basement furnace. He took care of these issues and was professional at all times. He was selected by the company as he lived in my area so travel time would be reduced. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

    **** did it again! Our last annual maintenance checkup flagged up a couple issues which could have become nasty if left to emergency status. Theme work was completed efficiently and at a time when it was convenient. There is nothing convenient about emergency plumbing work.
