I bought my 2023 Dodge Ram brand new from ******** ******** ******** in May 2024. It was a cold start to the summer so I didn’t notice right away that my A/C wasn’t working properly. I took my vehicle to Meadow Lake Chrysler to get my vehicle fixed in June 2024. They told me the problem was with my smart stRt device and that the person who installed it spliced a wire. I contacted smart start and had to take my truck to Prince Albert to figure out if it was a mess up with what they did or if it was my truck. They could not find a spliced wire. The man who checked on it did call Meadow Lake and they expressed a few words between each other. I then called my dealership I bought the truck and they met me in Meadow Lake with a loaner truck. ******** ******** diagnosed the problem to be a faulty condenser and nothing to do with the blow box I had installed. The service manager then told me he would let Meadow Lake know to issue me a reimbursement. I have been calling in regards to the reimbursement since July 2024. This week I talked to the owner of Meadow Lake Chrysler who said I would not be getting a reimbursement due to the way the smart start installer spoke to her and a ******** post, I do not have a ******** so I’m not sure where that information is coming from. I have filed a claim with *** ******. She refused the reimbursement and refused to speak with me further and also hung up the phone twice. All I wanted was a reimbursement for something I paid for that wasn’t even fixed when I left the Meadow Lake dealership.

****** ****** did visit our store Meadow Lake Chrysler on June 18, 2024. She came in for an oil change and also complaining the air conditioning was not working as you can see in the attachment the connector we had to fix the connecter 200 because it was tied in from the blow box, we fixed it. It left the AC compressor is working just fine.

The customer left the dealership and everything seemed to be OK until I received a very belligerent phone call from someone who apparently was the blowbox installation smart start installer. They called from her cell phone number 306-********. They were very belligerent and ignorant, and using profanity as they were speaking to me. They let me know that this should have been warranty and it wasn’t their fault of how they installed the smart start blow box. Since the oil change and repair to Miss ******‘s vehicle, I have been getting random private phone calls stating how I am wrong and I’m this and I’m that with profanity involved yelling and then the line would just go dead. This has happened since June 18, 2024 most recently Miss ****** called and asked me what I’m going to do about the situation. I did let her know that it was not a warranty issue from the manufacturer as they only pay for manufacture defect to the truck. This is also stated in Miss ******‘s warranty agreement with the manufacturer, ********** ******,  prior to the phone call a week ago Miss ****** went on ******** and did a lengthy post stating how terrible we are so on and so forth defamation of character basically I let her know that I have received so many calls with belligerent speaking, ignorant statement, and profanity that I would no longer be willing to entertain any longer the issue that she seems to feel she was wrongfully charged for. During the visit here at Meadow Lake Chrysler on June 18, 2024, Miss ****** signed her paper saying that she was satisfied with the job we did they have to sign the hardcopy and they have to sign the customer copy saying that we’ve finished all the jobs on the vehicle. this matter has been taken way too far. The amount that she was charged was $*** plus taxes and shop supplies to correct the issue from the smart star blow box being installed incorrectly.
