I had taken my truck there for an insurance claim after I hit a deer and after waiting for 3 months they finally got me booked in to do the work and when I went there to pick it up it was not fixed properly. My signal lights were not functioning properly and they were before the accident and Boyd is refusing to fix the problem because they are claiming it was a problem before the accident which it was not. Boyd also proceeded to tell me that the GM dealership had a look at my tuck and claimed it was a different issue not occurring from the accident I then proceeded to call the dealership myself and spoke to the service manager and he has said that they have never once went to boyd to look at my truck ** * *** ***** **** ** ** *** ******* ** **** ********. I was then told by the manager at Boyd Autobody to call the GM dealership and book my truck in my self to get it looked at to determine if this was caused by the accident when the service manager told me that it was 100% caused from hitting the deer.

Both pre and post scans from the repair diagnose the same trouble codes, at the time the technician contacted the service tech at the **** dealership and was told to check the wiring for any damage. All wiring was good and up to par. He came to pick up vehicle and was informed of the trouble codes and was shown the scans of the error codes, He left and then came back and discussed the matter further. We decided to take the vehicle to the dealership to have it diagnosed to find the problem. Customer will be informed once they have an answer.

They will be diagnosing the issue and then we will be submitting to insurance company for approval, If the insurance company rejects the supplement due to the issue being not accident related the insured will be responsible for the bill. He was informed of this initially when he picked up the vehicle.

Vehicle is scheduled to go to a ********* Dealership at 1PM March 13th.
