    So basically, I would just like to state my case and let you know. I purchased a vehicle from them. Basically, I purchased and when driving it home to Saskatoon, it started getting lights on the dashboard and the whole thing was toast. They told me the car was stock and nothing was done to it, brought it to ****** and they told me that was not true (which I had to pay for). They told me they just cleared the codes and deceived me into thinking nothing was wrong with it and the car wasn't stock. I had to get it brought back from Saskatoon to NB (1.5 hours which they luckily paid by tow truck). It spent two-3 weeks there in the shop and they said they couldn't fix it. Luckily they let me return the car since it was within 30 days. Now I had no car for literally a month or two. Months later I try to get a new car and they didn't close the loan I took on the car which is impacting my credit score and the lenders think I have this car loan which they told me they closed but didn't. I never had to keep paying payments but I mentioned to them 5 times that they need to update my credit report and close the loan which isn't active anymore. They stopped replying to me and it's still on my credit report. I don't know what to do and I don't know if I should be compensated for; paying ******, not having a car, being deceived and the issues with getting financing due to an open inactive loan.

    ******* is correct that
    he purchased a ****** and when on his way home he has issues. He is also
    correct that we had the car towed to have it repaired in our shop and a shop in
    Saskatoon with the tow at dealer expense as well as the repair. Where ****** is incorrect is that there was any attempt at
    deception. We had absolutely zero issue allowing ******* to return the
    vehicle. ******* financed his purchase here
    through a CU and when the vehicle was returned the we immediately repaid the
    amount in full to ******* and made certain that the CU in question was
    paid in full. The sale of the car was
    completely reversed, and the loan was closed. Both the dealership
    and ******* were provided documentation from the CU that the loan was paid
    in full. ******* himself states that no further payments were required
    from himself or the dealership to ensure the loan was clear and paid in full.
    While ******* states that the dealership has ceased communication with him
    that is simply untrue. We have provided ******* documentation that the
    loan was paid in full at the CU and have contacted the Credit Union on numerous
    occasions to ensure the loan was paid in full. The loan has been closed. NEVER was there any deception and *** can attest that we did
    everything we could to ensure the vehicle was repaired or he would receive
    every cent of his money back and that we would clear his loan. Included documentation proves the loan is not in force and
    *** states this himself in his complaint. I understand the frustration of
    purchasing a vehicle that immediately had problems however we worked with *** and
    when both parties realized the car would not perform as expected we very
    quickly allowed for the return and performed all necessary tasks and completed
    all required documents to rewind the vehicle purchase as well as the terminate
    the loan. We were and continue to be apologetic and when *** left the store
    after return he was extremely pleased that we allowed for the return no
    questions asked.
