    August 15th 2024 - I called Luk to fix our furnace. We told them on the phone that the blower fan on the furnace wasn't good and we thought it might need a new motor. The a/c was also buzzing at the ***e - but when the furnace was working the a/c worked too.

    August 16th - 2024 - *** from Luk comes to the house, I assume to fix the furnace. He confirms the furnace is not working, stating that the "Furnace blower motor is not reaching the required rpm for operations and this afternoon afew attempts soft locks the system. It will need to be replaced. I will forward the office the name plate information to get a replacement quoted. This will need to be done for the furnace to operate this upcoming heating season." He also said the a/c R22 systems are being discontinued so we would need to switch to a 410a system but that he would get the office to send us the appropriate information with the written information/quotation for the decision we want to make on the a/c. He said to let us know if we had any questions in the meantime.

    August 22, 2024 - Texted *** back as he said to reach out if we had any questions, he said that normally it only takes a couple days for a quote and apologized for the delay. He said the office had been extremely busy and that he will remind office to send a quote.

    Dec 6th - Luk calls about an overdue bill from August. I said I never received any communication since Aug. The person at accounts receivable said that because the government was phasing out freeon? they weren't sending quotes at that time but that we have a bill for Luk showing up to tell us the furnace was broken. I said we knew the furnace wasn't working, that's why we called. They said they could not answer any questions because they just work in accounts receivable but that they charge hourly and require payment. It is winter in Saskatchewan, we never received any communication and no one has done any work. We followed up too. They would like a payment of $****** immediately.
