    I am rejecting this response. It’s impossible not to pay for it when the service team had my car keys. I had no choice. Your reasoning of a new owner is not a valid excuse for how your employees treat their customers and your inaction to remedy its situations. The owner was still the owner when the incident took place and that fact is insignificant to a remedy here. This back and forth shows the culture of the business has not changed notwithstanding new ownership.

I requested a refund of the $60 I had paid for the misdiagnosis, with no intention of seeking recompense for the valuable time wasted at their establishment. Regrettably, my interactions with the manager were marked by her snarky and brash demeanor. Despite my reasonable request and the evident misinformation provided, she adamantly refused to acknowledge their mistake or initiate a refund, thereby highlighting a distinct lack of professionalism and customer service in this particular encounter.

    I acknowledge the challenges in customer service in Prince Albert; however, I'm deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and care in this business, especially considering the critical impact on customer safety and potential consequences of misinformation. The manager's dismissive response to my request is entirely unacceptable. Establishments like these must uphold higher standards, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.

    I have reviewed this work order and found that the technician stated that there was a leak in the rack and pinion.  the customer requested a steering and suspension check. and that is what we did for the customer.  we did not do an inspection of anything else, because customer requested this inspection.  When service manager spoke to customer he was very rude and biliterate and service manager did not allow the customer to raise his voice at her staff and explained that the inspection he requested was done and that he would not be receiving his money back for work that was requested by him.
