    New house 4 years ago. They put in security system. Door bell camera has never work. First few months it worked on and off. Had there repair people out. Said our modem was no good( it supports 4 cell phones 4 iPads 3 tvs. And 1 gaming cube) finally there repair person said camera needs replacing. No longer on warranty. * *** ** **** *** ** ***** **** **** ** ******** ****** ********* ** *** ******** Asked to have there manager phone us ( last October) still waiting for the phone call.

    Response to BBB Complaint:
    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this matter.
    At Prince Albert Alarm Systems, we take all customer concerns seriously and are committed to providing responsive, high-quality service.
    Our records indicate that we first attended the customer’s site on May 17, 2022, in response to an issue with their doorbell camera disconnecting from the network. The original installation of the doorbell camera was completed on May 26, 2021. This visit was logged under Service Ticket #****** Our technician reprogrammed the device, reinstalled the automation rules, and confirmed that the system was operating correctly before departing. This visit was completed free of charge, as the equipment was still covered under the one-year warranty.
    The second and most recent service visit occurred on April 25, 2023, under Service Ticket #****** At that time, the customer reported that the doorbell camera was functioning slowly. Our technician removed the device from the network, reinstalled it, and confirmed that it was functioning properly before leaving the site. The customer was informed that the equipment was no longer under warranty and was billed accordingly. The invoice was paid in full, and there were no concerns expressed at that time.
    Since that service call, we have not received any additional communication, service requests, or inquiries from the customer. We have reviewed all records and correspondence and found no further contact in the two years since the last service visit.
    We are always happy to work with our customers to resolve any issues, and we remain available should this customer wish to reach out for further assistance.
