I contacted the company on Friday, March 10th, and set an appointment for the Monday, March 13th at 4:00. No instructions about confirmation or cancellations were stated. A confirmation request was sent, and the cancellation text message was sent after my verification. It was disappointing and inconvenient as I had to get time off from my employer and ask the property's tenant to be present. There were no attempts to resolve the situation by the company.

    Business Response

Well that’s not quite how this happened. So I’ll be brief.

First off the REAL reason for this is pure miss understanding and a quick “last” text to give him a chance to confirm. We booked another customer for his time slot after waiting since lunch for confirmation which “he” asked for. His words and phrases while talking didn’t use the word “confirmation” exactly, I believe he used “remind me” with a text at lunch in our conversation. To me that meant he isn’t sure he’s available and I need to confirm Monday.

You see the part of the test he wants you too not the lunch text that wasn’t replied too. We had multiple calls to fill his spot after lunch and I finally gave home the test you see and while I did that my partner booked a call in between and I had to tell him the situation as you can partially see in his screenshot.

I did also try to come clear the drain at a later time but he snubbed me and said I’ve hired someone else with a big disappointed not happy couple words and a thank you.

So we left it like that since he was taken care of. Not much else we could have done

I apologized and will again, (my apologies) Really it was a miss communication issue that’s it, it wasn’t a quick “to bad for you” type of thing.
