    I am writing in respect to an Auto body shop called Alfarose 250 12th Ave. E. Regina phone # (306)522-1290.

    I have been corresponding with a woman named *******. I took my car in to get fixed after an accident, now that I have my car back many things are broken; the windshield wiper button is broken, this is important at this messy time of year. Also my satellite antenna is broken off & the ***** crest is missing from the front of the car.

    Now I called and made an appt. with them and had to cancel due to the flu. When I called back to make an appt once feeling better, she's telling me they couldn't put the crest on because I wouldn't pay for it and it wasn't there. It's in the trunk of my car. I also have a picture of it the day I took the car to that shop and the antenna was just fine.
