    I oredered a kit for $****** as a special gift for my son. I am retired, so this is a fairly big expense for me. When I received the "kit" it was missing several parts. I contacted Detail Geek and told them the problem. They responded that "video" shows that it was packaged correctly. That may be, but somewhere or somehow, when I received it, the package only had part of the kit. The company has refused to send me the rest of the kit. I sent them pictures of the package label and of the parts that were inside the box. I don't know if the package had been tampered with--it had a bunch of tape arond it, but that was all. I didn't think there was anything wrong--I just assumed that was the way it was packaged and trusted that the company was trustworthy. Instead of sending me the missing parts, they want to offer me a special "discount code" for a future order. If they can offer me a discount code, why can't they just send me the missing parts instead? That's all I want. I don't plan to make any future orders with them.
