Bought my car here. I purchased lifetime warranty for my tires. Today I went in because there was a screw in my tire. Colleen said that my warranty was not on file. Then the contract was brought out with the warranty papers I signed. She was asking who the warranty is supposed to be covered by. It supposed to be covered by them. So I leave my car there. I get a call saying they will not honor the warranty because I didn't have my oil changed there. There is nothing in the contract to do with oil changes. They then tell me that they will not honor the warranty because my tires are too bald. They were the same tires that were on my car when I bought it. So why are they selling me a warranty I can not use knowing my tires were half gone when I bought the vehicle. So they quote me $*** for 2 front tires which I would have to wait days for. I called elsewhere and got a quote for $***, when I told them this they then said I will lose my warranty if I dont buy tires from them. I told them I can not drive on a donut for days. They then offered me 2 tires for $*** to be put on today. The manager is very insistent that they did nothing wrong and is trying to explain everything away. I expected that the dealership I bought my car from would honor their warranty, instead I had to go through many people telling me my warranty didn't exist, my warranty won't be applied because of something not in the contract, then highballing the quote. Why didn't they offer the $*** quote upfront? Why won't they honor the warranty they offered me? It's all a money grab, trying to take advantage of a young mom. Do not buy your car here. Do not pay extra for warranty because they will not honor it. I have had a tire replaced in 2022 by them that was covered by warranty so I don't know why today was such a big hassle. I have new tires now that was put on in 10 minutes elsewhere with no problems.

I spoke to Denise yesterday and we got the situation rectified. There was definitely some miscommunication and we agreed to a full refund back to Denise. Please let me know if you need anything else.
