    In January 2024 we noticed that our tub surround was cracking in all the corners. I placed a call to *** at the Regina office and was told I was using the wrong cleaner. I assured him I was not. He said he would send someone out to look at it. I said regardless of who was paying it needed to be replaced. I continued to call every month and got a plethora of excuses. Where we live, staff on vacation, office was moving. In June ***** an installer came out and took a video and said the owner would contact me. I continued to call every month up until today December 2. *** told me the same thing today. The owner would call. It has been almost a year. *** ******** ******* ** ********* *** *** ******** ***** *******. I have been extremely patient but have no recourse but to escalate and file this complaint.

    I am very happy to report that the installers came today and replaced the surround. They also installed some grab bars we had purchased free of charge. We are satisfied with the job and very much appreciate your assistance with getting it done!

    The problem is the liner is cracking. Been waiting since May 25/2023. Poor customer service. The rep told me that new install with materials is approximately a week. Poor communication.
