    Would not recommend Kids Can Dance. Studio owner is not supportive of students and mental health issues. Only thing this studio is concerned with is their pocketbook. Extreme favouritism shown towards certain dancers while other dancers shunned and made to feel unimportant. When my daughter going through some extreme issues outside studio, she was not shown any support and right before competition, I was advised that she was no longer welcome at studio or at competition. My daughter was looking forward to competing and thanks to this studios owner and dance instructors, she has further issues to deal with as she feels it was unfair of them to do to her not to mention the fact that the parent handbook states that all competition fees, costumes, etc. are non-reimbursable so I am now out of pocket close to $1,500.00 dollars. This isn’t fair to us as parents either as we did not choose to leave studio, it was decided for us.
    There are plenty of other awesome dance studios in the city and I would highly recommend you put your children elsewhere so this treatment does not happen to your loved ones.
