I have snow blowing in my living room windows because something has shifted. I contact Provincial Window and Door by phone and by email and they do not respond. I guess they do not want to repair just replace. I will replace my entire window but these guys don't get the work because you cannot rely on them.

I contacted them through there contact us page and filled out the form and submitted it, a week later I phoned them thinking that the email message system they use might not be working. I was told on the phone that one of the guys that would contact me was probably stuck out at the cottage because of a storm and may take several days to get back to me. I waited another week and no phone call. Pretty convenient that they say that I had not contacted them. You look at reviews and expect that you are contacting a reputable company but that did not work for me. They also have not tried to reach out to me to try and repair the misunderstanding!!!Provincial Window & Door Ltd.

Again it is possible that your email may have went to the spam email.
When you called the office you should have booked an appointment for an estimate at that time.
As we don't give estimates over the phone without visiting the job site.
