    AUGUST 4TH 2022. FINAL BILL 11211.00 PLUS 2000.00 PAID IN ADVANCE . STRESSED IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS I NEEDED THE HOUSE LEVELED . HE DID NOT LEVEL IT AS HE SAID THE SURVEYOR ONLY STATED TO SUPPORT THE HOUSE WHICH HE NEVER TOLD ME UNTIL I NOTICED INSECTS IN MY HOME AFTER HE COMPLETED THE MINOR WORK AND LEFT . THE CRACKS IN MY INNER WALLS WERE STILL THERE AND HE DAMAGED THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME. HE STATED DUE TO THE CONTRACT HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE AND I SHOULD HIRE A CARPENTER TO RE(AIR HIS DAMAGE. THE CONTRACT STATES SIDING HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT EAVES OR STUCCO WHICH I HAVE ,WHICH WAS DAMAGED. I HAVE PICTURES TO SUPPORT MY CLAIMS AND INCLUDED THE CONTRACT. THANK YOU .

    As we discussed the damages in the soffit and facia area and the drywall and due to leveling your house . This is something we don't cover. Your contract covers us to level the areas described in the quote. We did not list off fixing any areas that can be in need of repair or modification because of the lifting. This is an unknown, every house lifts differently and reacts differently. We cover repairs of siding, etc if it's because of an accident like the machine hitting the house not because of the repercussions of Leveling the house. As far as the gap. As I explained, we didn't do the front of the house only the back. We dug down and discovered the foundation was way different in depth and it had huge peers installed. I have then told you of the costs that would be incorporated in doing the front and you stated you couldn't afford it. This is fine because at least we could still stop the back from moving and lift that to level and you agreed to go ahead with this and maybe in the future do the front if needed. Now since we could only do the back half and not the front lift, this did not close the small gap still. Until the front is lifted I can't close the gap . I told you this and even brought 2 carpenters over to patch this gap , even though it wasn't covered because I felt bad and it's an easy fix. You said no it's ok, don't worry about it and that you would do it because you were worried about the drywall mud dust.
