5 starsCreek Construction did a partial bathroom remodel for us. We had an older tub with a wood surround and no shower fixture. Creek Construction removed the wood and replaced it with tile, installed the plumbing and a new shower fixture, replaced the tub, and replaced the toilet. We're incredibly happy with the work that was done. Reza, the owner, along with their in-house designer went with us to pick out tiles and fixtures. We didn't feel pressured into picking one thing over the other, but they provided insight and suggestions that were really helpful.
Creek Construction's crew did meticulous work, they were respectful to me and my home, and kept me up to date with their progress.
I'm not knowledgeable at all when it comes to home renovation so I had a ton of questions and concerns during the process. Reza and the crew were always open and welcoming of my questions and concerns. They were patient with me and explained things clearly, and I never felt like I couldn't ask questions.
I would highly recommend Creek Construction, and I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future for my home renovation needs!Review fromKimberly W

5 starsIf you are looking for a responsive, responsible, hardworking, up-to-date, honest and friendly general contractor then you need not look further than Reza. Reza recently finished our basement and I could not be happier. He responded to my inquiry email the same day and came to give me a quote within the week. He arranged everything from having an engineer draw up plans, getting permits and arranging workers. We knew exactly what jobs were being done when and he responded to any issues promptly and professionally. The price was what we initially agreed upon, and only changed when I added the gas fireplace and dry bar which he arranged without any issues. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with creek construction. If you decide to use them for your home renovation you will not be disappointed and will want to do more jobs with them because of how easy they make the whole process.Review fromBrendan S

5 starsWe are beyond happy with our new basement and the end result has far surpassed our expectations. Several friends and co-workers referred us to Creek Construction, and they did not disappoint. Reza made everything simple and was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The pricing was clearly laid out and there were no unexpected surprises. The designers listened to what we wanted and were able to offer several functional plans that best suited our needs. The workers were fantastic and we were very comfortable having them in our home whether we were home or away. Our girls are very happy to have their own rooms now, and we feel good knowing everything is safe, built properly, and to code. We already look forward to starting our next inside project, and have already booked Creek for our landscaping project in the Spring. Highly, highly recommend!Review fromTrista L

I could not be happier with the work and service Creek Construction has provided us. My spouse and I reached out to Reza to get our siding replaced and were absolutely blown away with how great the customer service was. Everything was so easy for us; Reza always communicated very thoroughly with us, and made sure we understood and were comfortable with all our options. Tracy was super knowledgeable on current trends and really understood how to bring our wants to life. Both Tracy and Reza were very understanding about our budget, and made sure to work within it, while also giving really great suggestions on how to accomplish what we were looking for without sacrificing quality. They honestly and genuinely had our best interests in mind, and I feel they went above and beyond what was expected of them. On top of Reza and Tracy being wonderful individuals who continue to give back in our community, every single contractor working for and with Creek Construction was fantastic! Everyone was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Todd, Gary and Mo always arrived in the morning to get set up, and even when they worked close to the holiday season and when the weather wasn't too nice, they never complained or made it seem like an inconvenience to be there. They were always smiling, kind and pleasant. On top of that - they were respectful to our neighbours; making sure to not impede anyone else's property, and cleaning up extensively before leaving for the day. Everyone was so amazing to work with, and it was honestly a joy to have them around for a few weeks. I don't think I have a single bad comment or thought about the work that Creek Construction completed for us. They left us with an extremely beautiful and high-quality home, and a feeling of comfortability, knowing if something ever did go wrong - they would be willing to make things right. It will not be long before we hire them again for our next home project. Highly, highly recommend!

After tirelessly searching for a trustworthy, reliable contractor to complete some work on my home, I choose Creek Construction. This company came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine after we were talking about how difficult it was to find a good contractor. Reza and his team were very helpful. They repaired a section of my livingroom ceiling, painted walls, checked and replaced electrical; and fixed insulation in the attic space and a few other things. Construction can be a disruption at the best of times and Reza made sure the job ran smoothly. He had wonderful suggestions for changes for the livingroom and bathroom. The pot lights and fresh paint make the ceilings and house pop. My friends love the feature wall and the new lights in the hallway. Those new dimmer switches are fantastic. Everything, including the furniture, shines! My friends thought I had new furniture--that's how gorgeous it is in here. Thank you very much Reza and team for all your time, expertise, keen eye and patience with this job.  I greatly appreciated it all.Creek Construction

5 starsWe recently had Reza and Creek Construction repair and shingle, add new soffit, fascia and eaves to our home. They were incredibly prompt, helpful and efficient. Their entire crew did a spectacular job from the shingles to the electric. We really felt everyone went above and beyond for us. We greatly appreciate everything they've done for us. We have had the pleasure of having Reza and the team from Creek in our home off & on for almost 6 months. What started out as a repair of a leaky roof, and and updated kitchen turned into and almost full house renovation. The longer they were in our house - the more we liked what they did - so the more we got done. We have a 2 storey split - and we think that every inch of the inside from the basement up has had work done. Drywall, plaster, paint, drop ceiling, ceilings texture removal and application (love orange peel), carpet, laminate flooring, casings, baseboards, railings, kitchen, cabinets, countertops, backsplash & faucets, lighting, speakers, design advice and guidance... They got it all done for us. Shout out to Abbass who did 80% of the work in our home - his attention to detail and perfectionist personality, is second to none. If you are having Creek in your home and luck out to have him doing your work - you hit the jackpot! We initially had quotes from 3 local contractors - and from day one, Reza impressed us with his attitude, business standards & work ethic. He treats he treats and pays his people well - and in turn, they work well for him. If there was even a slight concern with a person - their work or us changing things, it was handled quickly and professionally and we always felt like we were their number one client. There was no problem we had that Reza could not fix. ... for example, There was even a design change that Reza's partner Tracy flagged that resulted in us changing materials. The materials we selected were ordered and had already arrived - but an issue with how it would look in our overall design was flagged and we agreed it should change. We are sure this cost Creek money, but our satisfaction was more important. We were so pleased with their work - we even hired them to paint our daughters new home as well. It has been a few weeks now - and we kinda miss having them around.Creek Construction

We should have gone with Reza and his team from the start, as it would have saved a lot of money. They came in to fix what lesser companies provided. The communication, the transparency and the quality of work was fantastic. Reza immediately responded to our questions, was honest with timelines, and did what he said he'd do. We will be using them for future renovations, If people choose to go with other companies then they are gambling with your home and hard earned money. I love our new home.Creek Construction

Reza and his team renovated our basement. Everyone on his crew was amazing. So friendly and respectful and did amazing work! Reza was always excellent at communicating with us and stopped in when he said he would and followed up on everything. The project was completed on time and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend using Creek Construction to ensure you get quality work, excellent communication and trust that the work will exceed your expectations. We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
