    After reviewing our customer concerns, we emphasise this invoice is a straight forward service call with an acceptance of a third-party part repair cost.

    Our labour includes initial diagnostic trouble shooting, removal of failed parts delivery and pick up from an approved manufacturer repair wholesaler. Plus, re-installation and complete set up thru of all softener modes to the in-service ready to use function.

    Our fuel/equipment surcharge is appropriate with current fuel market fluctuations. Fuel increases are continually adjusted by market pump charges.

    Furthermore, both service calls to diagnose and final repair were done on weekend and after regular business hours to work around our customers work schedule. No overtime or weekend rate were charged for this non-emergency call out.

    Our service call and repairs were timely and within current market rates. Even exceeded with no after hours rate charged to work around our customers busy work schedule.
