We had a total Reno of our main bathroom done and I am extremely happy with the results. He also redid steps on our older composite decking as well as building a new composite decking for us. He was very reliable and completely the jobs promptly.

What started with a small job in my household has turned into all the work that has to be done in our 50 suite Co-Op housing building, Best on the Block is our go to Contractor.
He has painted suites, built slide-outs in our cupboards for all 50 suites, installed wall air conditioners, hauled rocks and levelled the landscape, installed round stone planters and hauled dirt for the planters, fixed cupboard doors, and cut out and install shelf’s under the sink, repaired drywall, removed a wall in our garbage room and refinished, set up and install a shed, set up a buffet sideboard. I could go on and on! Snow removal with his bobcat from our two parking lots & hauled the snow away. Always prompt, reliable, and makes suggestions to any project that would work for us. Justin has done several jobs for me over the last year and I am thankful to have found him. No job is too small for him; getting little annoying issues fixed has helped me so much. As a senior with health issues, I think he is a God send. Justin has done several projects for me from small to larger jobs. Always ready to take on any task. He recently worked at sealing off the inside of my crawl space which was not an easy task having to work in a cramped space. It's a relief to have the pest issues behind me now. A job well done! Also earlier this year he worked on cupboards, railings and flooring for me. I continue to get compliments on my renovated look. Justin has done so much for me over the past year or so. He has done outside landscaping (laying down fabric sheet and rocks, removal of plants, laying down sod), put in a wooden fence, and shovelled my driveway a couple times. He is professional, responds in a timely manner and does thorough work. He double and triple checked what I was wanting to ensure I was happy!Best-On The Block Reno's

I had a certain shade I wanted to get the room painted for my daughter and Justin got the perfect one, was on time, and did a great job! My daughter is VERY happy with her new room. Highly recommend ??Best-On The Block Reno's
